By using victorylaserco.com, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

Quotes & orders

  • Quotes are estimates. Final pricing depends on the specific design, quantity, materials, and complexity of your project. Quotes are valid for 30 days from issue.
  • Approvals before production. We send a digital proof for any custom design work. Production starts only after you approve the proof in writing (email reply is fine).
  • Materials provided by customer. If you provide your own items to be engraved, you accept the risk that the laser may not produce the result you expect on that specific item. We test compatibility when possible, but cannot guarantee results on customer-supplied materials.
  • Turnaround times are estimates, not guarantees. We aim to deliver on the promised date but rare unexpected delays (equipment issues, supply shortages, etc.) may extend timelines.

Returns & refunds

Custom engraved items are made-to-order and generally not returnable. If we make a mistake (engraving doesn't match the approved proof, defective material, etc.), we'll re-make the order at no charge or refund you. If you change your mind after engraving, we cannot offer a refund — but we'll do our best to work with you on a partial credit toward a future order.

Intellectual property

You represent that you own or have permission to use any logos, photos, designs, or copyrighted material you submit for engraving. We are not responsible for trademark or copyright infringement on customer-submitted artwork. Site content (logos, photos, copy) is owned by Victory Laser Engraving and may not be used without permission.

Liability

Our liability is limited to the cost of the order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages (lost profits, missed events, etc.) arising from delays or defects.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware.
