Everything you need to know before you book.

What areas do you travel to for live events?

We serve all of Delaware, southeastern Pennsylvania (including Philadelphia, West Chester, and King of Prussia), northern Maryland, and southern New Jersey. Events beyond about 30 miles include a simple travel quote.

How much space and power do you need?

A 6-foot table and one standard 110V outlet. We bring the laser, materials, and signage. Our station fits comfortably indoors or under cover outdoors.

How many pieces can you engrave per hour?

Plenty, that's the advantage of laser. Simple name tags take 15 to 90 seconds; tumblers take a few minutes. Depending on the item we engrave roughly 30 to 120 pieces per hour, so your guests aren't stuck in a line.

Who supplies the items being engraved?

Either way. We can supply popular items (tumblers, glassware, tags, ornaments) and quote them with your package, or you provide your own products and branded merch for us to personalize on-site.

Can you engrave our company logo live?

Yes. Brand activations are one of our most popular services. We load your logo ahead of time and engrave it on the products you choose, so your brand goes home in every guest's hands.

How far in advance should we book?

Reserve at least 4 weeks out, and 6 to 8 weeks for peak season and holidays, since we only take one event per day. A deposit and signed agreement hold your date.
