Our guest workflow brings the personalization choices onto their own phone. A QR code opens the approved designer, and a digital ticket follows their piece through the station. We plan ordering and pickup around your venue and guests.

    A QR card opens the approved designer on the guest’s phone. They enter their own wording and review the preview before sending it to the station. Our operator helps with questions and the agreed design options.

    A personal detail, within the plan.

    Names, initials and approved designs keep the choices focused. Our designer also supports a fingertip signature; we review that option against the selected product, engraving area and service time before including it.

  3. 03

    They take the ticket and rejoin the party.

    The ticket shows the piece as queued, engraving or ready. Guests can rejoin the occasion after ordering and return for pickup. Timing depends on the item, design and station queue; we do not promise a wait-free event.

Our mobile setup includes an Omni 1 UV laser with fume extraction. We review the working area, power, ventilation, load-in and venue rules with you before confirming the station.

Questions before you book live engraving

What is a live laser engraving activation?

It is a staffed on-site personalization station at your event. Guests choose their details from an approved menu, and our operator engraves the selected gifts during the agreed service window. The product, design choices and event scope are reviewed before booking.

What products can we personalize?

Tell us what you want guests to take home, whether that is drinkware, a small keepsake or branded merchandise. We review the exact material, finish, shape and engraving area before recommending an event menu. Workshop photos show examples of our work, not a guarantee that every pictured product suits every live setup.

Can we supply our own gifts?

Yes, subject to review. Send a photo, product link and material details before ordering the full batch. We may need a sample to test the surface, coating, fixture and finished mark. Bring-your-own products are confirmed in the quote rather than assumed compatible.

Can you add guest names alongside our logo?

We can plan approved logo artwork with a space for a guest name or initials, subject to the product and engraving area. Send your logo or monogram early so we can review detail, placement and personalization options, then agree on a proof before the event.

What does the venue need to provide?

A table, suitable electrical power and room for ordering, engraving and pickup are the starting point. We use a mobile UV laser with fume extraction and review the working area, ventilation, load-in times and vendor rules with the venue. Share any outdoor setup or other restrictions before booking.

How many pieces can you engrave, and will there be a line?

Capacity depends on the product, design complexity, handling, guest choices and booked service hours. We confirm a product and quantity plan for your event rather than promise a fixed hourly rate. Digital ordering and tickets let guests rejoin the event after ordering, but completion time still depends on the station queue.

Does the host pay, or do guests pay individually?

This is a host-paid event experience. The quote sets out the agreed service scope and makes clear whether we supply the gifts or engrave yours. Guest personalization choices are planned within that scope; individual guest payment is not the booking model for this service.

What affects the price of live event engraving?

Published package starting prices are shown above. Your quote considers service hours, product quantities, artwork preparation, staffing, travel and venue requirements, and identifies whether gifts are included or supplied by you. The agreed product and event plan determines the final scope.

Where do you travel, and how do we check availability?

We are based in Wilmington, Delaware. Send your date, venue or city, expected guest count and gift ideas through the event form. We review availability and travel for your location, including Philadelphia and other destinations, then put together a quote. A request does not reserve a date; the booking deposit follows the agreed plan.
